We collect personal data you provide directly through our contact form (name, email, phone, location, message) and through our AI chat assistant (name, email, enquiry content). We also collect analytics data via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised browsing behaviour).

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data to respond to enquiries and provide our services (legitimate interest / contractual necessity). Analytics data is processed with your consent via the cookie banner.

4. Data Retention

Enquiry data is retained for 2 years from the date of last contact. Analytics data is retained per the default settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@cabreraandco.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD): aepd.es.

6. Third Parties

We use Google Analytics (Google LLC), Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), and Anthropic (AI chat). These processors may transfer data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.
